Infrastructure Planning/  Maintenance

Main Goal: 

To ensure our city infrastructure and services are sized correctly for the growth that is coming. 

Details: Water: Expand from 5.5 to 9.5 MGD (million gallons per day) ;Sewer: Expand from 4.5 to 8 MGD; Broadband: Fiber buildout to commercial/residential zones ; Streets: Add 100+ lane miles, arterial upgrades ; Parks: Finish Lakeshore/Buddy Stewart Transformation into Regional Parks

Finer Points: Growth is managed by ensuring proper property zoning is in place and that our budget each year is managed properly. Long term water supply is and has been my top infrastructure priority. Cleburne will need to continue to invest in our sewer system and into our water distribution system as well as road construction and maintenance. Ensuring we stick as close as possible to our Capital Improvement Plan is critical as we grow.
